Contract Cancellation (Product Return)

1. The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
   Withdrawal from a distance or off-premises contract (applies to the consumer)
2. Parcel returns will not be accepted at the sending address.

Complaints

1. Complaints should be directed to the Seller in writing, either via email to the Customer Service Office or by using the contact form provided below.
2. In the complaint, the User should provide their full name (or company name), correspondence address, and specify the subject of the complaint.
3. The Seller will address the content of the complaint within 14 days from the moment of its receipt.
