B-Meso is versatile in use. It is used both for the treatment of needle mesotherapy and permanent makeup. The device can be used on the whole face, neck, cleavage, abdomen, thighs, buttocks, scalp, and hands.
Skin micro-punctures (microneedling)
Skin micro-puncture is a procedure involving the creation of micro-damages in the skin with the use of microneedles of different lengths. This allows you to induce strong skin regeneration by activating the skin’s natural repair systems.

How to use?
Micro-needles up to 0.5 mm in length are used to enhance the delivery of active substances, stimulate collagen and elastin production, and remove discoloration and uneven pigmentation.
Micro-needles up to 1 mm in length are recommended for skin restructuring, stimulation of skin protein production, reduction of scars and stretch marks. Treatments with these needle lengths typically do not require anesthesia and depend on individual pain sensitivity.
After the procedure, there may be slight pinpoint bleeding or redness. Needles longer than 1 mm are used to reduce stretch marks, improve body firmness – abdomen, breasts, buttocks, or thighs, as well as for complete facial skin remodeling. The treatment for hair loss requires the use of needles longer than 1 mm.
Frequency of treatments:
Treatments with needles up to 1 mm can be performed 2-3 times a month, while deeper perforations can be done approximately every 4 weeks. It is recommended to have 3 to 6 treatments at specified intervals. The initial effects can be seen within a few days, and after about 3 months, a more lasting effect becomes visible.
Before the procedure, it is recommended to disinfect the skin with a skin disinfectant. For the needling procedure, a cosmetic product specifically designed for micro-needle mesotherapy should be used. The ingredients of the preparations are selected individually, depending on the needs and skin concerns.
During the procedure, the skin may become red, and a burning or stinging sensation may occur, which can last from a few hours to several hours after the treatment. For approximately 2-3 days after the procedure, small scabs with accompanying dryness and skin tightness may be visible on the face. After a few days, slight peeling may occur.

It is recommended to avoid applying makeup and using exfoliating cosmetics on the skin for 24-48 hours after the treatment.
It is necessary to nourish the skin with special cosmetics that promote regeneration and provide soothing effects, and it is essential to protect the skin from UV radiation. After the treatment, it is also advisable to avoid intense physical exertion, saunas, swimming pools, and prolonged baths. Sunbathing and tanning in the sun or tanning beds should also be avoided. During the recovery period, it is recommended to refrain from exfoliating treatments, depilation, and laser hair removal. Maintaining high hygiene standards and avoiding rubbing or scratching the skin is also important.
